SHIFTSEE, INC. — SMS / MOBILE MESSAGING POLICY. Effective Date: May 7, 2026.
This policy describes the SMS messaging program operated by ShiftSee, Inc. ("ShiftSee," "we," "our," or "us"). It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service with the carrier-required disclosures specific to text messages.

ShiftSee operates a transactional SMS program that delivers one-time verification codes to confirm sign-in attempts, password resets, two-factor authentication enrollment, and other account-security actions you initiate from the ShiftSee web or mobile applications. Codes expire within five minutes and are sent only to the mobile number you registered on your ShiftSee account.
This program does not send marketing, promotional, or informational broadcast messages. All messages are triggered by an action you take in the application.
Frequency varies by your activity. You will receive one message per sign-in attempt that requires verification, one per password-reset request, and one per security-sensitive account change. Most users receive between 0 and 10 messages per month. If you do not initiate any action that requires verification, you will not receive any messages.
Message and data rates may apply. ShiftSee does not charge you to receive verification codes; however, your mobile carrier may charge you per message or based on your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details. Standard messaging rates from your carrier apply.
Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. If you do not receive a verification code within a few minutes of requesting one, retry the request, contact your carrier, or use an alternate verification channel (such as email recovery) where available.
You opt in to this SMS program when you provide your mobile phone number during ShiftSee account creation, in your account security settings, or when you enable two-factor authentication. At each of those points the application displays an explicit consent statement: "I agree to receive SMS verification codes from ShiftSee for account security. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out at any time." The phone number is stored only after you provide that consent.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using ShiftSee. You may use the platform with email-only verification if you choose not to provide a phone number, although certain security features (such as two-factor authentication via SMS) will be unavailable.
You may opt out of SMS verification at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. We also accept the keywords UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. Upon receiving an opt-out, we send one final confirmation message and remove your phone number from the SMS verification program. Two-factor authentication via SMS is then disabled on your account until you re-enable it.
To resume receiving codes after opting out, reply START or YES to our number, or re-enable SMS verification in your account settings.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also email support@shiftsee.com or visit https://shiftseestaging.com/help for help.
This program is compatible with major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Service availability outside the United States is not guaranteed; international users may receive verification codes if their carrier supports international SMS, but we cannot guarantee delivery.
SMS messages are delivered through Telnyx LLC, a registered messaging service provider. Telnyx receives the destination phone number and the message body solely to deliver the message; it does not retain message content and is contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose. See telnyx.com/legal-terms for Telnyx's terms.
Your phone number and SMS-related metadata are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing or cross-context behavioral advertising. Phone numbers are retained for the period described in §7 of the Privacy Policy (up to 24 months after account deletion for fraud prevention and legal compliance).
We may update this SMS policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify enrolled users by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued participation in the SMS program after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
