ShiftSee charges nothing if no work happens. 10% from the business, 10% from the shifter, on actual completed shifts. The trade is: When I Work is cheaper if everything stays calm. ShiftSee earns its fee the first time a shift breaks and you don't have to grovel for a replacement.
