You can request a full export of your data at any time.
How
- User Settings → Privacy → Request data export.
- Confirm.
- We email you within 72 hours with a link to download a ZIP archive.
What's in it
- Your profile JSON (shifter and business)
- All shift records (as CSV)
- All payment records (as CSV)
- Messages (per-thread JSON, with attachment URLs)
- Reviews you sent and received
- Account history (login times, IP addresses last 90 days, settings changes)
What's NOT in it
- Other people's profile data.
- Internal admin notes about your account.
- Stripe-side data (export from Stripe directly).
- Anything covered by trust-and-safety holds (rare; we'll explain in the export email if applicable).
Format
ZIP archive containing CSV and JSON. Importable into spreadsheets, ready for your accountant, ready for any other platform that accepts standard formats.
Frequency
You can export every 30 days. If you need a fresh export sooner, email privacy@shiftsee.com.
