User Settings → Profile is where you change both.
- Enter the new email address.
- We send a confirmation link to the new address.
- Click it within 24 hours.
- The change applies and you'll log in with the new email going forward. The old email becomes invalid for login but stays on file for 90 days in case of dispute.
Phone
- Enter the new phone with country code.
- We send an SMS verification code.
- Enter it. Done.
Why did my login break?
Most likely you changed email but didn't click the confirmation link. Until that link is clicked, the old email is still your login. Check your inbox (and spam) for the message.
I no longer have access to either
Email security@shiftsee.com from any address you can prove is yours, with as much detail about the account (full name, last business or shifter you connected to, approximate signup date) as you can. We'll work through identity verification.
